life goes on. and i love lady gaga. that on her wrist is the matching tattoo tyler and i are getting. im getting my anchor on my right arm. and that on my left. and probably 'i believe them bones are me' (from an aic song) underneath it. just to make it my own in a way i guess. but i do love gaga, she's become my latest obsession. its weird and unlike me. but shes so out there, shes like her own work of art. thats why i like her so much.

today is my hero's first birthday. todd has been sober for a year and im so proud of him. i hope he knows that. rejoice world, have a great day todd, you deserve it i love you.

I think I'm going to eat after school with Kayla and Julie, I'm so glad, we haven't hung out in such a long time. I miss them!

SO. on the inside of my arm, right below where it folds at the elbow, is where i want my script in april. its gonna say,

This is something that Freidrich Neitchze (sp?) said, I love it, I feel like it really applies to me and all the shit I've been through. You know, I can still do awesome stuff, and the chaos helps the story. That's just what I think. I swear, my dad and I are two birds on the same power line. Yesterday in his letter a whole page was devoted to how much he loves Pearl Jam, and how all he does now is listen to music to keep him sane. He said, "Pearl Jam and Alice and Chains are my two favorite 'modern' bands. Ain't I cool?!" I love him. And in my previous letter, I asked him what a tattoo felt like, and he goes, "It's hard to remember, they started feeling like nothing after about the 20th one, but it's kinda like a really bad cat scratch that lasts for a few hours."

My friend Taylor's dad is in Iraq right now. She was telling me the other night how a soldier in her dad's company broke his knee. And another one of the soldiers basically went crazy and kicked the other guy - right in his broken knee. I couldn't imagine having to watch that. It's crazy how much war can psychologically affect someone. Thankfully, her dad gets to come home in January for good. I hope he makes it home safe.

I'm tired of school! I'll make a point to mention that in every one of these.

Friday we have Secret Santa in yearbook, and I'm afraid that a lot of people won't be getting (receiving) presents. Because I think a lot of the staff members will forget to buy a gift. Oh well, I need to remove my role of Mama Bear and leave things be I guess.

eighteen is coming so soon, i've finally saved up enough money for this. it will be on my inner left arm. below my wrist. of course it'll have to be downsized. the session will probably take two hours or more, but i'm so excited.

Don't wait

I've been looking for inspiration everywhere, and I might have finally found it. I miss the old days when I was such an intellectual. I've really disregarded all of that lately, and I hate it. I've grown up so much in the past two months. More than that really though, I can't put a time frame on it. Richie has certainly served the purpose of his "blackberry cobbler, kerosene heater" warmth that I love so much. I couldn't be happier. I'm still interning up at View Askew. I'm so much more aspirational about becoming a t.artist, because I've fully discovered that tattooing is tracing, and the most important part is the sanitation. This makes me so much more hopeful than I was. I'm still going to GTCC though, to major in humanities. I read Blue Like Jazz again, and like always, it made me think about people a lot differently. It's just the best book. I run out of things to talk about here.. I'm not graduating early. I'm taking AP English, and I'm so excited because we get to read banned books and The Picture of Dorian Gray. I guess I'll try to find something worthwhile later..
